Do you know which word I hated the most? This is none other than fatty and this was the favorite word of my family and friends to call me. Since I was born I was named Big Baby in the hospital. As I grow up, my Cousin siblings called me elephant which than turned into fatty as I grow more. In my childhood I didn’t feel much bad but as I grow more I started hating such words. My weakness of eating and then eating more never allowed me to do a strict dieting. And I was continuously failing to lose weight. I searched a lot and tried to adapt some new habits finally to lose weight.

With the help of different researches I made myself ready for the new patterns of life and for the first time I defeated my obesity. I would like to share all these new habits with you so that many of you can lose weight like me.

1: BREAKFAST IS NECESSARY:

I had to go to school very early in the morning that’s why I never become habitual of taking breakfast. Whenever my mother asked me for it I started making excuses of sleepiness and nausea. But now I realized that I was wrong for my own self. This no breakfast habit increased my weight more. But as soon I tried taking breakfast it results in best for me. I remained fresh in the morning instead of yawning and my weight started reducing.

You can take any fruit with a glass of skimmed milk. This will give you energy and increase your stamina working.

2: AVOID COLD DRINKS AND ALCOHOL:

According to different researches, cold drinks and alcohols are one of the biggest reasons of obesity and fatness. And to be very true I was addicted to cold drinks. Though I never drink alcohol but cold drinks were my love. So gradually, I began to leave my love. Firstly I decreased the quantity of cold drinks which I was used to. With the passage of time, I left it completely. And now if I feel to have some I used Died Coke once in a month.

3: WALK IS MUCH IMPORTANT

I always used to think that I go the market by walk, do the household things while standing but why I am so much fat. Here is the answer for it, According to different researches and doctor, your any walk will not benefit you until you walk with making a mind of walking. This means that you should first ready your mind that you are going to walk instead of thinking about grocery or any other thing. If you do this, you will feel losing weight very quickly.

4: SAY NO TO STARVED DIETING:

Believe me, such dieting is going to kill you because you need a balanced schedule of eating rather than starving. Many of the people have a myth that if they diet like starving they will lose their weight but unfortunately this is so wrong. Such type of dieting is going to make people anemic. They lose their stamina, freshness of the skin. They look old and dull even in young age. So you should plan a proper diet routine. Eat but leave some hunger aside.

5: FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE YOUR FRIENDS:

You may believe or not, fast foods are our real big enemies. We find them more tasty and spicy to eat but they are a big reason of fatness. Same was the case with me. I was in madly loved with zingers, sub ways and Pizzas. I was always ready to eat them even in the mid night. But to lose weight I leave all of them and started my new friendship with vegetables and fruits. These natural food items proved to be my best friend in losing weight. You can have salads, boiled vegetables with salt and pepper or a mix platter of different fruits.

6: SAY GOOD BYE TO SWEETS, CANDIES AND CHOCOLATES:

To gain something good you have to do sacrifice on some other things. I, the 24/7 lover of chocolates and candies have sacrificed on them to look beautiful. Though I still eat some. But I have adapted a habit that I eat a half bar of chocolate at one time instead of eating full bar. Other than this whenever I eat such thing I increase the time of my walking for at least three days. This helped me in burning my calorie to a certain level.

7: MAKE YOUR HABIT TO FOLLOW EVERY ADAPTED HABIT:

Last but not the least; I make my habit to strongly follow every habit in my daily routine. You should follow them continuously to see good results. It will be a bit difficult in starting but as soon you move forward with stamina they will become easy for you.

These are seven habits I had to lose my weight and I think the last one of them is much more important to continue all the other habits mentioned above. If you succeed in becoming habitual of the, the day is nearest when you will also be slim and smart and fresh like me.
